CROSS COUNTRY TEAM
We will be practicing for Cross Country at lunch recesses. Students who have signed up will need to fill out the form on PowerSchool. Students will be competing in the Coloniale Classic (grades 2-6) September 19th (after school) schedules will be emailed out and the LDAA run (grades 4-6) happening at the end of September. This will happen during school time.

NEWS FROM ECOLE BELLEVUE SCHOOL COUNCIL (EBSC) & ECOLE BELLEVUE PARENT FUNDRAISING SOCIETY (EBPFS)
EBSC: We support the school!
MISSION: To create a positive environment and increased student learning for our children’s education by encouraging communication among, and participation of all members of the community.
VISION: To provide input and assistance to the children, school and staff on program planning, school budget, policy and operations and any other matter pertaining to the education of the children at Ecole Bellevue School and to assist in developing a well-informed parent body.
EBPFS: We plan the fun!
MISSION: Raise money to support our school community with purchases not covered in the school budget {agendas, musical instruments, fun days/activities} through fundraising initiatives, such as: Hot Lunch Program, Family Movie Night Concession, Dances, Concession Stands for special events/dances, AGLC Casino Nights and the tradition of Poinsettia orders.

HOT LUNCH PROGRAM
Coordinated by our Ecole Bellevue Parent Fundraising Society volunteers, the Hot Lunch program is the largest fundraiser at Ecole Bellevue School.
Hot Lunch is available to all Grades 1 – 6 by signing up on www.healthyhunger.ca and completing your profile, orders and payment. Hot Lunch is available on Fridays {and Thursdays when there is a scheduled Friday PD}, orders are due the Sunday evening prior by 11:59 PM {Thursday orders are due by Saturday at 11:59 PM MST}.
The first Hot Lunch is this upcoming Thursday, September 14 – the deadline for orders is tomorrow – Saturday, September 9 at 11:59 PM MST. We are unable to process late orders as the system automatically submits the orders to the restaurant. If you have any difficulties with your orders / accounts please contact the Hot Lunch Team at [email protected].
HOT LUNCH ABSENTEES
If you know your child will be absent the day of hot lunch, please log in to cancel their order by the order deadline {Sunday prior for Friday deliveries}.
If you’ve missed the deadline and would like to pick up your child’s order in the office at lunch, please call the office and advise them of your child’s name AND classroom by 11:45 AM. *If a pick-up message is not received the lunch will be donated to the school lunch program for another child.
