SCHOOL COUNCIL & PARENT FUNDRAISING SOCIETY MEETING
DISTRICT TRACK MEET
Hello Parents,
The grade 3,4,5,6 District Track Meet will take place on June 7th @ Riverview Middle School in Devon. We are looking for grade 3- 6 parent volunteers to help on the day of the Track Meet. If your child has signed up for the meet and you would like to volunteer, please email me.
Parent Volunteers will have to drive themselves to the meet but I will ensure that you get to supervise / watch your child’s team the entire day. Parent volunteers have to make sure their child’s team gets to the start line when it is their turn to race. Each student gets about 3 races.

May 11th- Cut off for Hot Lunch Orders for Thur. May 16 11:59pm (note it’s on Saturday night this week due to hot lunch being on Thursday not Friday this week)
May 12th- Mothers Day
May 14th- Parent Cafe 9am; Don’t Forget to Play
May 16th- Nita Pizza (cut off Sat May 11th)
May 17th- PD Day, no students
May 20th- Victoria Day, Schools closed
May 21-24- No PreK Classes
