BELLEVUE PARENT HOT LUNCH/VOLUNTEER FORM
Dear Bellevue Families,
Are you looking for more opportunities to be involved in your child/ren's school? Please fill out this form to let us know how you would like to get involved.
In order to get our Hot Lunch Program up and running, our Fundraising Society needs volunteers to help on Fridays from approximately 11:00am - 1:00pm.
Please note: by filling out this form, you are agreeing to be contacted by Ecole Bellevue School Council and Fundraising Society.
We would love for you to be involved!

VERIFICATION FORMS
Action Required: Annual Student Verification Forms Open Sept. 9
Each school year, families must complete a Student Verification Form for every child enrolled to ensure our contact, emergency, and medical information is up to date.
How to complete your form (opening Wednesday, September 9):
- Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal (using a web browser on a computer works best).
- On the left-hand navigation menu, scroll to the bottom and click “Student Enrollment Verification”.
- Enter your child’s birthdate when prompted to access and complete the form.
Please submit all completed forms by Friday, September 25. Having accurate emergency contacts on file is essential for your child's safety. If you need help logging in or completing the process, please contact the main office.

Annual Terry Fox Walk & Toonie (or more!) Pied-in-the-Face Fundraiser!
Our annual Terry Fox event is right around the corner! On Friday, September 25, students will take part in our schoolwide Terry Fox Walk. To help us raise money for cancer research, we're bringing back a student favorite: "Pie in the Face" Fundraiser!
- Toonies: Starting this week, students can bring in a Toonie (or more!) to "vote" for the staff member they’d most like to see get a pie in the face. We'll hold the big pie event on the back field on September 25—it's always a highlight of the year!
- Walk Permission Form Required: To ensure your child can participate in the class walk on September 25, please log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal and sign the online permission form as soon as possible.

LABOUR DAY: NO SCHOOL
There is no school for Labour Day on Sept. 7th. School resumes on Tuesday, Sept. 8th.
