MENTAL HEALTH WEEK
Next week is Mental Health Week, and we’re excited to focus on the well-being of our students! Classrooms will feature special activities like mindfulness "brain breaks" and lessons on understanding our emotions to help kids build a healthy toolkit for life. We encourage you to chat with your child about their "big feelings" at home to keep the conversation going. Let’s work together to make mental health a priority for our entire school community!
